When The Estée Lauder Companies wanted to build a greater sense of connection with its current and
prospective team members through social media, they chose RepEquity to do the work. Based on
the project goals, RepEquity developed a strategy and created custom Facebook apps that reflect the
prestige and beauty of The Estée Lauder Companies.

The ‘Welcome’ Facebook app educates people about The Estée Lauder Companies by highlighting its
brands, showcasing its innovations and creativity, providing corporate news and insights, and more.
RepEquity was also honored to create the ‘Evelyn H. Lauder’ Facebook app, which memorializes the
beloved late Mrs. Lauder. In celebration of Mrs. Lauder’s life, the app encourages people to share their
fond memories and favorite stories of her.

Both Facebook apps were developed in WordPress, a scalable solution for editing the apps or launching
new Facebook apps in the future.
