Established in 2009, the Ripley Race is a 5K road race dedicated to raising awareness and support for U.S. soldiers returning home from war.
In just three years, the Ripley Race has raised more than $20,000 for returning veterans, providing wounded soldiers with prosthetics and other tools to help them reprise a healthy, active life.
The founders of the Ripley Race came to RepEquity requesting a website redesign that communicated race and sign up information, supported sponsors, drove donations and conveyed the legacy of the race’s namesake, Colonel John W. Ripley USMC.
On a tight time frame, RepEquity responded by creating branding elements featuring a bold palate, strong type treatments and iconic photographs. RepEquity also incorporated the donation platform, Active.com, into the website build, so that users could easily support the Injured Marine Semper Fi Fund.
